Your tasks
- Customer support and onboarding: You support our existing customers and guide new customers individually through the onboarding process to ensure a first-class customer experience.
- Amazon Advertising expertise: You help your customers to use their Sponsored Ads in a targeted and efficient manner and support them both strategically and operationally. Experience with DSP and AMC is a plus, as you can also advise customers holistically.
- Take on responsibility: After your induction, you will be the primary point of contact for your customers and make a significant contribution to long-term customer loyalty.

What you bring with you
- A successfully completed degree in business administration, industrial engineering, science or business psychology - or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in Amazon Sponsored Ads is a must. You are very familiar with terms such as ACOS, CPC or Sponsored Products.
- Initial experience with Amazon DSP (Demand-Side-Platform) and AMC (Amazon Marketing Cloud) is a plus and will make you an even more valuable team member.
- Persuasiveness, strong communication skills and emotional intelligence are part of your profile.
- Experience in sales or customer service, ideally in a digital environment or e-commerce A strong understanding of digital advertising strategies and IT solutions and the ability to communicate these clearly in German and English.
